Following the rapid escalation of the Covid-19 outbreak around the world and in Europe, NES has been rescheduled to 13 October 2020. The event will still be held at Annexet in Stockholm.
Rescheduling the event to a later date was the socially responsible thing to do. While we are disappointed that we will not be together next month, we want to make sure we contribute to stopping further transmission of the virus in our society. The guidance of various health and safety organizations and our commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of our community strongly influenced this decision.
Holding NES in October presents an incredible opportunity for the retail industry to learn from an unprecedented speaker lineup and collaborate at significant scale, both of which are critical to the ongoing transformation and success of retail.

I was due to attend NES 2020 in April – do I need to do anything to ensure my ticket is valid for the rescheduled event on 13 October 2020?
All tickets for NES 2020 will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event in October – you don’t need to do anything. Please expect an email communication in the coming weeks which will provide you with more information.
I’m a sponsor at NES 2020 – will my sponsorship automatically be moved to the rescheduled October event?
Yes, and we will be contacting each of our sponsors individually over the coming days to confirm logistics.
I was due to be a hosted speaker at the April 2020 event – what happens now?
