Sandra Gadd
As CFO of Boozt, Sandra’s responsibilities include financial business planning including budgets and forecasts, liquidity and financing. Further, the Finance Team (responsible for accounting, tax and financial reporting as well as management of internal controls), the Corporate Services team (legal issues, monitoring intellectual property, facility management, compliance and governance) and the Order Management team within the Group are also under Sandra’s purview. Prior to this role Sandra held the positions as Transformation Finance Manager and Business Development Director. Before joining Boozt, Sandra was an Authorized Public Accountant and Finance Manager at Deloitte.
Jonny Wilkinson
Jonny Wilkinson made his name as one of the shining lights of English rugby union and is widely regarded as one of the greatest to have ever played the sport. Playing at the position of fly-half, Wilkinson will forever be fondly remembered for his winning drop goal during England’s historic 2003 World Cup Final victory over Australia. Wilkinson has since established his own brand of health drinks, No.1 Living and fashion line, Fineside. Jonny is a passionate charity advocate and has founded his own foundation "NSPiRED," which aims to support and inspire people, specifically the younger generation, towards revealing potential and enjoying amazing life experiences.
Hanna Graflund Sleyman
Hanna joined Amazon in July 2020 working on the launch of Amazon in Sweden. Since joining Amazon, Hanna has been working on building up the business in Sweden, responsible for vendor management team reaching out, negotiating and on-boarding international and local brands, manufacturers and retailers for the Swedish store. Driving and developing the business within the categories on the Swedish store. Before joining Amazon, Hanna was living in Hong Kong and driving the expansion for Daniel Wellington in Asia Pacific. Hanna has a background in retail for the past 12 years, in various roles such as CEO for Departments & Stores (NK Stockholm and NK Gothenburg, RNB) and has also worked at McKinsey & Company.
William Shatner
William Shatner has cultivated a career spanning over 60 years as an award-winning actor, director, producer, writer, recording artist, horseman, and entrepreneur. He is one of Hollywood’s most recognizable figures and a major philanthropist. His accomplishments in television, film, and stage would take a great deal of time and more space than allotted here. In 1966, Shatner originated the role of “Captain James T. Kirk” in the television series Star Trek. The series spawned a feature film franchise where Shatner returned as Captain Kirk in seven of the Star Trek movies, one of which he directed. His ecommerce business sells an assortment of products and he also partners with other ecommerce companies on various levels.
Emmett Shine
Emmett Shine is the Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of Pattern, a family offering intentional belongings for the home, with a shared mission of enjoying daily life.Prior to Pattern, Mr. Shine founded Gin Lane, serving as President and Executive Creative Director over its 12-year run. Gin Lane helped usher in a new wave of consumer-led, digital-first brands, helping to launch and grow Harry’s, SmileDirectClub, Sweetgreen, Hims, Stadium Goods, Quip, Recess, Haus, Sunday Goods, and many more.Mr. Shine is on the founding team of JAJA Tequila and an advisor to Care/Of, Sunday Goods, Swell Energy, Shhhowercap, and Recess. He attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts for Photography & Imaging, dropping out senior year to start his first business, LOLA New York.
Noel Mack
Noel Mack is Chief Brand Officer at fitness clothing brand, Gymshark. In August 2020 a deal was struck that valued Gymshark at more than £1bn ($1.3bn). The valuation means that Gymshark joins the list of less than 25 British companies to have secured 'unicorn' status since 2001. Noel brings more than 12 years of experience in the creative industries to his role at Gymshark and is a specialist in brand strategy, marketing and technology. Starting out in the music industry, Noel achieved recognition at an early age with several achievements, not least the production of a platinum-selling record and many other projects with iconic contemporary artists. Noel's dynamic career began at university where, together with Ashley Taylor, he co-founded R3Brand, the UK’s leading brand development agency. R3Brand provides innovative strategies and viral campaigns for major clients including Ministry of Sound, Gymshark and ROCNation.
Nilla Ali
Nilla Ali is the SVP, Commerce at BuzzFeed, where she oversees the company’s affiliate business across more than 1,000+ retail partners, including key strategic relationships with Walmart and Amazon. She works with the BuzzFeed editorial and business teams to find marketing solutions for brands at the intersection of content and commerce. As part of that work, Nilla spearheads innovative partnerships, including the BuzzFeed Shopify Sales Channel and the Walmart + Tasty App integration. She also oversees the retail and DTC advertising business for BuzzFeed. Under Nilla’s leadership, BuzzFeed’s affiliate business grew over 10x, and the company’s affiliate work won Rakuten’s 2017 Best New Publisher Award followed by Rakuten’s 2019 Advertiser’s Choice Award, Affiliate Summit East’s 2019 Affiliate of the Year, and Performance Marketing Awards’ 2019 Best Content Marketing Campaign.
Johnas Liljegren
Johnas is the Head of Industry Retail & Ecommerce for Facebook in Sweden. Johnas leads the Swedish retail and ecommerce teams whose mission is to help Swedish businesses to transform their business to meet new consumer behaviour in Sweden and globally. He has worked at Facebook for over nine years and with digital marketing for over 15.
Chris Kanaley
Chris Kanaley is the Head of Corporate Development for The Ranch Companies, the parent company of CopperGel. Previously he worked in senior roles at operationally intensive private equity firms focused on flexible technology, healthcare & consumer investments. Chris has helped to advise a number of start-up and late stage companies through advisory positions and boards. He began his career at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs. He has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
Wilhelm Hamilton
Wilhelm believes as CEO of Reclaimit that retention will always beat acquisition when it comes to long term profitability and that aftermarket is a lot more fun than it sounds. Wilhelm with a background from Klarna, Bookatable and Ryanair is CEO of Reclaimit since October 2019.
Alexis Priftis
Alexis is an engineer specialized in advanced mathematics. He started his career at Procter & Gamble and has since 2009 been a serial entrepreneur within e-commerce. He founded Instabox because he saw the need of an improved, tech-driven shipping service and is passionate about creating the best parcel delivery in the market without destroying the planet.
Eva Murray
Eva Murray is a Senior Evangelist at Snowflake and a recognised expert in data visualization, leading the global social data project, #MakeoverMonday. As the author of two books focusing on data visualisation best practices as well as driving data culture through analytics communities, Eva is passionate about helping people understand, work with and fall in love with data.
Andrew Maxman
Andrew is an investor at Imaginary focusing on Brands, Retail, CPG, Enabling Software, Consumer Internet, Marketplace, & Telehealth/Wellness. Prior to Imaginary, he worked at 14W, Luminary, and Goldman Sachs. He went to undergrad at University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from Columbia.
Phillip Jackson
Phillip Jackson is a podcaster, speaker, and co-founder of Future Commerce, a media startup focused on conscious commerce in the retail world. With over 15 years of experience creating unique online customer experiences, he has both built and managed digital audiences for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Brian Lange
Brian Lange is the co-founder of Future Commerce, a retail media research startup focused on helping e-commerce businesses create strategic vision. He has an extensive background in the retail and ecommerce space that spans across organizations such as Something Digital, Nucleus Commerce, and Amazon.
Claudia Vercrüße
With a background in brand partnerships and content creation, Claudia focuses on helping some of the biggest publishing houses in Europe create high-quality shopping content for their audiences. Her editorial background and sales mindset make her the perfect connecting link between merchants and publishers. Before moving to Sweden, she worked for Germany’s leading indie radio station FluxFM where she developed and executed multi-channel campaigns. Claudia started her career as an Artist Development Manager in music and media and spent 15 years working with premium brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jägermeister, Adidas, and IKEA.
Jim Lofgren
Jim Lofgren is the Chairman of NES and the CEO of Nosto. Nosto was founded in 2011 and enables over 2,500 online retailers to deliver their customers personalized shopping experiences. Retailers leverage Nosto’s AI and patented technologies to merchandise and deliver product recommendations as well content personalization across every touch point with the consumer. Prior to joining Nosto, Jim Lofgren was CEO of Klarna in North America and VP of Global Accounts. Klarna is a leading payments solutions provider, and in his role Jim was responsible for the company’s largest accounts and its North American business.
Anh Vu-Lieberman
In a fast-paced and ever-evolving eCommerce industry, Anh Vu-Lieberman is an accomplished innovator. She currently leads the content personalization and AB testing team as VP of eCommerce Operations and Strategy at SaaS company Nogin.com where she combines a unique blend of highly creative and analytical skill sets to deliver compelling user experiences in CPG, denim, and contemporary lifestyle brands.
Tyler Prete
Tyler is the Partner & Channel Development Manager for Global VC Partnerships at Shopify. He builds & manages venture capital partners within Shopify's global Investor Partner Program - a centralized network of private equity & venture capital firms backing the current commerce leaders and future disruptors. Prior to Shopify, Tyler worked at Vidyard and Smile.io.

Gareth is Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager at Pour Moi, a fast-growing fashion company that wants to bring the feeling of being fabulous to customers all over the world. As a digital enthusiast, Gareth is well versed in the significance of both an online presence and the technology that can support it. Jamie Challis
Jamie is the UK Director at Findologic and has worked within the ecommerce space for over 20 years, becoming an expert within the space during that time. Working with the largest brands globally across all industries, he knows exactly what pain points ecommerce professionals are experiencing as well as how to address them. Jamie's heavy involvement within the ecommerce community and vast experience makes him well placed to address the challenges of online retailing. He has a 360-degree understanding of the ecosystem from customer demands and trends to digital monetisation. This enables Jamie to help retailers using a holistic approach and recommend high-performing solutions that allow retailers to succeed.
Paul Camuso
Paul works with William Shatner on his ecommerce business and other online initiatives. He is the CEO of Blockchain Authentication Company and is at the forefront of bringing blockchain-related things such as cryptocurrency and Non-Fungible Tokens to mainstream ecommerce experiences.
Anders Löfgren
Anders joined Tipser in 2020 as Director of Strategic Partnerships to help the company grow its embedded e-commerce platform presence globally. He works to identify and establish the performance-driven partnerships that build the Tipser ecosystem of partners and also facilitates the scale-up phase the company is experiencing. As a long-term management consultant and Head of Business Development at the H&M Group founded sustainability marketplace Itsapark, Anders developed a deep understanding of the digital commerce landscape and the developing user behaviours connected to this.

Anton is a senior consultant and advisor at Bricobomba. His area of expertise includes both data-strategy and data-driven business development. Over the past two years Anton has been leading Rustas transformation towards becoming a more data informed company.
Franz Riedl
Franz Riedl is the co-founder and Managing Director of Styla, a next generation Content Management System. Styla automates design and unifies content and e-commerce to create seamless inspiration and shopping experiences. Jemma joined Nosto as a Senior CSM in early 2019, bringing experience in content creation, webinar hosting and Enterprise-level account management to the Nosto team. She now helps household names like Robert Dyas, Dermalogica and Skinnydip to refine their e-commerce personalisation strategy, with a particular focus on delivering creative customer experiences across a multitude of touchpoints.
James White
James found a passion for ecommerce while working as a digital marketing consultant, focusing primarily on ads and email marketing strategy. This exposed him to the jungle that is the ecommerce ecosystem where he discovered Nosto - the easiest way to deliver personalised content onsite, via email and ads. He continues to guide online retailers through that jungle, working with teams at Trickers Shoes, The Watch Gallery, Helly Hansen & Soak & Sleep ensuring that their digital marketing strategy is aligned, not only for improved conversion but profitability.
Lillie Sun
Lillie is the growth marketer and DTC channel lead at Three Ships Beauty – a natural skincare brand that makes products good for your skin without sacrificing your health. After joining the team as employee #1, Lillie fell in love with the world of direct to consumer and now works on all things related to customer awareness, conversion and retention. Over the last year, Lillie has grown the ecommerce channel for Three Ships over 20x. She attributes that growth to constantly testing out various marketing channels and strategies to see what works. Outside of work, Lillie loves picnics in the park or visiting local coffee shops!

Val Geisler is the Customer Evangelist at Klaviyo. Prior to joining the Klaviyo team, Val was an email marketing consultant for B2B and B2C brands. Because she's obsessed with improving how brands and customers connect, Val loves digging into the best ways to use different channels to make lasting connections. And memes. Eli is the Director of Customer Experience at OLIPOP, a new kind of soda with prebiotics, plant fiber, and botanicals. He has spent the last 7+ years building and operating early-stage startups. He is particularly known for his work around customer experience and retention.

Monica Grohne is the Founder & CEO of Marea, a menstrual wellness company empowering women to take charge of their cycles through nutrition and lifestyle support. Prior to founding Marea, Monica was the Director of Marketing at direct to consumer k9 protection company Rex Specs. As the marketing lead of a small team, Monica quickly found her marketing passion in the email marketing channel.
Dennis Rosenqvist
During his 15 years as a creative, Dennis has worked with many of Sweden's largest brands at leading advertising agencies in Stockholm, London and Gothenburg. For the past two years he has been at HiQ, where he has shifted his focus to business development and strategic storytelling for customers such as PwC, the Volvo Group, SKF and the Swedish Tax Agency.
Charlotte Hermansson
Charlotte has during the last 8 years in the e-commerce business seen it change rapidly. After working with requirements and as an advisor in both B2B & B2C sector, she has finally landed as an e-commerce expert at HiQ in Gothenburg. She is known for her skill to translate complex business logic to user friendly solutions for customers in the construction and automotive industry to name a few.
Geeta Randev
Geeta is a growth hacker & consumer champion with 15 years experience in the digital space. Working for B2C brands across EMEA markets, she has an industry reputation of backing the latest in tech-innovations, blended with data driven marketing techniques. For Champion specifically, her key focus is to help establish a strong eCommerce business, flexible to adapt to an ever changing digital landscape across multiple markets, but ultimately, built to last.

With past experience in design, Meghan has a thorough understanding of content creation & market trends with a strong focus on brand partnerships. Peter Cassidy
Peter is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategist at Stackla, the leading user-generated content (UGC) marketing platform that puts customer stories at the heart of brand marketing. Pete founded Stackla in 2012 after spending years as a journalist, editor and director of content for sports brands like the National Rugby League. He built his understanding of the power of authentic content during his time as Sports Editor for Macquarie Radio Network. Bellanis Pereira
Bellanis Pereira is the Global Social Lead and Asset Factory Team Lead at BRP, where her role is to guide, train and elevate international marketing teams with their efforts on social media, by sharing best practices and knowledge in this space. She also leads the Asset Factory department, which helps marketing teams produce content to fuel all of BRP’s digital platforms with an always-on mindset. Bellanis has more than 14 years of experience in marketing and has extensive knowledge of social media marketing ranging from content production, to community engagement, passing through advertisement, reporting and strategy. Whether she is writing playbook guidelines or building UGC programs, she enjoys the world of possibilities that social media offers marketers. Miguel Avalos
Based in London, Miguel leads our B2B vertical marketing efforts across the region. Miguel joined Google Poland in 2015; since then, he leads a regional team that works on programs, products, and digital tools that enable our advertisers to become successful in their business. Focusing on Retailers, AppDevelopers, and Exporters, Travel (e.g. successful global platforms Market Finder or Grow My Store, Hotel Insights). Delivering Google's mission to help businesses grow. Prior to Google, Miguel was part of the Global Strategy Group at Samsung Electronics in South Korea, advising c-level exec on go-to-market strategies for mobile devices. Before, he spent 6 years in sales at Procter & Gamble in Latin America, and 1 year as an entrepreneur. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, and a BBA from ITESM Mexico.

Alexandra developed her knowledge within both digital marketing and communications. With an editorial background covering Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Moscow and writing for Styleby Magazine, she joined Totême’s ecommerce team in 2017; just as the company’s success was taking shape, driving the customer experience. Alexandra’s passion lies in customer centricity: creating memorable, user friendly and unique experiences for customers and users - by highlighting the brand essence, exclusivity and uniqueness, digitally. Ruben leads the Global Client Experience at Totême since March this year. With 8+ years of international professional experience for high-end /luxury fashion firms, he has developed expertise around CX & CRM as key areas to steer company playbooks, promote client engagement and drive business growth. Ruben gathers global CRM insights as he had the privilege to work and be present in the most relevant shopping destinations located in Europe, UK, US and APAC. In the recent years he has thrived in different omnichannel/innovative projects that facilitate the phy-gital dimension of shopping journeys.
Jason Stokes
